The coordinator, Robin Volden - MSU Treasurer, is looking for any schools' alumni who work for ocmpanies willing to donate food or beverages for the picnic to offest some costs; please let us know! (looking for burgers, hotdogs, brats, beer, soda and water)

Robin would also like to split the shopping duties so let her know if you or your group is willing to guy items and bring them to the picnic and she will reimburse you for the purchases (saves her some shopping)

COST: $8 age 12 and over, $4 for 6-12 and free if under 6.

Individuals can also send their fee directly, but feel free to charge more to raise funds for you group and then send a check for the costs.

Final numbers by 22 July so we can buy the food.
